See below. I think it would be in everyone’s best interests to have a devised plan for pick up at international airport. Collection. Driver should wait with a sign or clients should be told where to wait. Despite our flight being delayed, I had to call our driver to establish where he was,he then suggested we make our way back to him at the coffee shop, which I refused to do with suitcases and

The girl that picked us up was late but she explained she got held up then she told us she would meet us at coffee club but there were two coffee clubs and we were at the wrong one so that was a bit of a mix up but otherwise she was friendly and got us to our hotel. The return trip from hotel to airport was excellent the man was on time friendly and got us to airport with no problems at all.Great

Rod was amazing very patient. Flights were severely delayed and this affected him a lot but there was no hint of that in his service. It was very professional and timely. Even the last minute change to a very early morning pickup was no effort.
