  1. Where do we meet our chauffeur at the airport?

    We provide meet and greet service at all airports. For domestic airport pick-ups we will meet you near the carousel. For international arrivals we meet and greet at the Arrival Hall.

    A. Pick up point-Brisbane International Airport

    Brisbane International Airport: Following customs check and baggage collection as you exit from the terminal, your chauffeur will greet you with a name board with your name and flight number.

    Meeting Point: In the arrival hall near The Coffee Club/Vodafone Shop’ about 30 minutes after the aircraft’s scheduled arrival.

    B. Pick up point-Brisbane Domestic Airport

    Brisbane Domestic Airport: Your chauffeur will greet you with a name board, mentioning your name and flight number.

    Meeting Point: In the Arrival Hall near the carousel 15 minutes after the scheduled arrival of your aircraft.

    C. Pick up Point-Gold Coast Domestic Airport

    Your driver will meet you 15 minutes after scheduled landing time outside the automated doors inside the terminal with your name on a sign board with your name

    D. Pick up Point-Gold Coast International Airport

    Following customs check and baggage collection, as you exit from the terminal, your chauffeur will greet you with a name board with your name and flight number about 30 minutes after the aircraft’s scheduled arrival.

  2. How can we book our private transfer or airport transfer?

  3. By when do we need to pay for the transfer?

    Our transfers are all prepaid, and the prices we quote are in Australian dollars.

  4. How can I get a quote?

    Our quoting system is simple and straightforward. At the top of each page in our website there is a form that you can fill out in under a minute that will give you a quote immediately. If you have any further queries, please text or call us at +61420903617.

  5. How can I book a service?

    You can book our services online. If you have any challenges, please call us at 1300 49 49 97.

  6. How can I pay for my private transfer or airport transfer?

    We prefer online payments. We can send a link which you can click and pay using your credit card.

  7. Which currency are your prices in?

    All our pricings are in Australian dollars

  8. What is the cancellation policy? Do you allow refunds?

    Payment-related problems and all booking cancellation requests can be made by calling our Booking Reservations contact number at 1300494997, or at +61420903617 if you are calling from outside Australia. You can also email ‘booking at myprivatetransfers.com.au’ if you have any concerns.

    Booking fares paid in advance may be 100% refunded for cancellations at least 48 hours before pick-up time. Booking cancellations within 24-48 hours before pick-up times can be refunded to a maximum of 50%. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any fares for booking cancellation within 24 hours before pick-up time.

  9. Can we bring additional luggage or items like surf boards on a private transfer or airport transfer?

    For an additional price, we can bring trailers for any extra luggage or large items like surf boards.

  10. Can you provide assistance with checking in at the airport?
