Corporate Transfer during Coronavirus ( COVID-19) 2020 Pandemic in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba
Business are going through very challenging times globally, during the coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic. In this modern era, Internet helps employees to connect together better. Services like Zoom also help us to be connected. But we cannot compensate them with some of the face to face meetings.
In some instances it is important that some essential workers are at the office or premise to ensure smooth operations during troubled times. During this week we had an enquiry from a local Brisbane business. (We edited the email to remove the identity of the business and specific details of the arrangement)
Thanks for your time this afternoon, would it be possible to get an idea of cost and availability to transport four of our staff to and from work over the next couple of months? These employees work on a 7 day a week, rotating shift roster, with shifts starting at 6am and 6pm.
- Office location: Brisbane CBD
- Pick up locations: A, B, C, D
Standard pick up and drop off times would be between 0500 – 0700 and 1700 – 1900 (it is important they are at the office for their sign on at either 6am or 6pm). Some days would have one or two of the staff on shifts, other days would have none – however we would be able to make the bookings approximately a week in advance when staff rosters are confirmed. There may be a couple of last minute bookings in the case the employee is required to work additional shifts.
Could you also please inform us of:
- Your preferred method of payment.
- Your current vehicle cleaning process or routine to combat the spread of COVID-19.

Our drivers take special care to wash their hands and apply hand sanitiser. We provide hand sanitisers and wipes for the customers. After each transfer, we clean cars and apply disinfectant sprays and wipe downs. We prefer that clients travel in the back row of seats, which provides a good distance from the driver and still be able to have a great chat. Air filters are changed regularly with the present virus crisis.

Our drivers take special care to wash their hands and apply hand sanitisers. We also provide hand sanitisers and wipes for our customers. As for cleaning our Mercedes Benz vans that have leather seats, we are constantly using Australian made leather cleaners as well as disinfectant sprays and wipe downs. We do this after every trip. We prefer that clients travel in the back row of seats which provide a safe distance and still able make it able to have a great chat. Our doors are completely electric, so there is no need to handle door handles at all.Our air conditioning systems are also regularly checked by authorized Mercedes dealer, who also do all of our service work. Filters are changed regularly now with the new virus.
