Excellent. Our driver Eddie was hear earlier which gave us plenty of time to get our stuff and the kids in the car without any stress. He was very well mannered and pleasant to talk to. Although our two boys were so noisy in the car, the eldest very excited and the youngest teething and screeching, we felt really welcomed and in a very family friendly environment.
