Our elderly aunt was returning home from a funeral. We were worried about her travelling home.We booked My Private Transfer, Eddie was fantastic letting us know when he picked our aunt up from the airport and when she arrived home. Thank you, we would definitely recommend My Private Transfer

Prompt, personalised service -- exactly as promised, with an extremely friendly and helpful driver. He even provided us with complimentary milk & bread upon our late evening arrival home from our holiday! Thank you!! Suggestion for improvement: None - service was great!

Excellent service! Driver ready and waiting in good time, patient with delay, friendly and smiling! A very simple and easy way to travel - we were able to by-pass the queues waiting for taxis etc and meet Eddie easily for a comfortable smooth trip home. Thank you! We recently used myprivatetransfers for transport to and from Brisbane International Airport and the service was exceptional. Eddie was punctual and went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasant journey. We had four adults with luggage for a 4 week trip and the vehicle accommodated us all very comfortably. We will be using them again in the future.

Very friendly and courteous driver. Clean van with plenty of room. came early and efficiently had us in the van with all our luggage. On pickup from return journey driver was waiting for us as discussed. No hitches perfectly smooth experience. Excellent service highly recommend to all. a hugh thank you.

Service was excellent both pick up and meet and deliver service. We were held up at the airport on return arrival with lost luggage and had to fill in forms along with another 80 people, our driver was still waiting when we arrived the other side of immigration. We were so happy to see him, thought we might have missed him. Cars were super clean, driving was excellent and we felt very comfortab

Amazing service and communication great value HIGHLY RECOMMENDED company will definitely use you again Suggestions for improvement: You don't need to improve anything were amazing at getting us a carseat for all transfers and also took my grandma and her sister walkers and all and was so helpful in recommending places to see 5star ++++++++
