Amazing service and great with children as well as elderly would highly recommend this company and price was so good it was cheaper than the bus shuttles and you don't get the help with those company's. Amazing friendly drivers and nice new vehicles very comfortable definitely use again and recommend to others

Service was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Baby seats provided free of charge. Eddy the driver was very nice and obliging. Suggestion for improvement: There seemed to be a bit of an issue with emails and phone messages being relayed between staff members

The service I received from My Private Transfers was excellent. From booking online to drop-off in the Gold Coast the company was extremely professional and I felt in safe and capable hands. The service was excellent. Eddy was absolutely wonderful. He was polite and very courteous, apologising for being a few minutes late on arrival (which did not worry us in the slightest). Contact was spot on 🙂 Suggestion for improvement: Nothing that I can think of

I was very happy with every aspect of the service Eddie provided to us. He was punctual, polite, communicated very well and couldn't help us enough. Eddie is a real asset to your business. The price was very reasonable also. Suggestion for improvement: I could not find any are for you to improve on.

So good we used the same driver twice. Absolutely lovely and polite driver. We felt safe and would recommend this service to others. The booking lady was also wonderful, very accomodating and kept me informed. Thankyou to all, will recommend!!

Driver from the airport to the resort when we arrived was timely and very helpful. Car was comfortable and he was very friendly. Suggestion for improvement: driver on return trip was 25 minutes late to pick us up and contacted me asking for the address of the resort. This was very frustrating and made us nervous about our flight. He was also quite rude when I contacted him on the phone to find o
