Rod was amazing very patient. Flights were severely delayed and this affected him a lot but there was no hint of that in his service. It was very professional and timely. Even the last minute change to a very early morning pickup was no effort.

The service was excellent. The driver Nic was very helpful and helped with my luggage into the terminal. He was very friendly as well. I was very much at ease. He was also the driver who picked me up the night before from Sydney airport to the Ibis hotel. I was very happy with the service.
