I was very angry I paid an upgrade for Mercedes and you gave me a bus. I expected a sedan as in the photos on your front page.I could not get into the back due to my disability so my husband sat in the back. The rough ride hurt his back and he has been in pain since our trip. The lady driver was nice and this is not her fault. You gave us a bus instead of a luxury car. Don't rip us off making us D

We sent a Mercedes-Benz 7 seater as an upgrade from Sedan thinking that it will get you more leg space compared to a Mercedes Sedan. We sincerely apologies for this and will send only a Sedan or SUV next time. We were not aware about the disability challenge you have as there was no mention of that in the booking. Have used MPT’s twice now, once fm Brisbane airport to Gold Coast and then a day trip fm GC to Helcyon House for lunch. Always on time and lovely drivers - at a reasonable cost. The vehicle is also extremely comfortable.

We arranged for our 90 year old father and partner to be picked up from the ferry and transferred to a restaurant in the city where we were waiting to surprise him for his birthday.
