The service of 'My Private Transfers provided was exceptional. We had 5 adults with 5 large suitcases being transferred from Brisbane International Airport to the Gold Coast. Eddie our Chauffeur was there to greet us, ensure we were comfortable and got us to our destination smoothly. We will definitely use this service again and wouldn\'t hesitate to recommend.

From enquiring and booking to drop off and collection the service was great. The process was easy and all communication was responded too quickly. The driver was great! Even when one of our party left their wallet behind the driver contacted us and organised for it to be sent back! Great service! It all went well, the travellers did struggle to find the driver initially at the airport.
