After each cleaning cycle, the drivers clean their hands thoroughly. We instruct our drivers to avoid touching their faces with unwashed hands, and also remind the passengers about the same thing.

We keep enough tissues in the car to be used by the passenger and driver based on their needs. If any fluid spillage happens, such as coughing, sneezing or vomiting, the chauffeur is instructed to clean the accessible surfaces using appropriate disinfectant wipes and disinfectant spray.
